FAICHUK Island Infrastructure Investment Land Project:
GNW has signed a contract with Faichuk Development Authority (FDA) for approximately 20.3 square miles of land. And through the efforts of FDA president Mr. Kachutosy O. Paulus, all land owners of Faichuk island have reached an agreement and signed a ninety-nine-year lease with the South South International Trade Promotion Center (SSITPC) as a infrastructure site.
GNW will be the bridge between this project and the Chuuk government, mainly in charge of providing land measurement, delimitation, and transfer of ownership. While, SSITPC, as the main contact window for contractors, will be responsible for contacting out projects, providing local public relations, construction license application and legal provisions, Through the cooperation of GNW and SSITPC, we expect to bring an all win situation among not only us but Faichuk citizens.
